This website https://www.eigfoundation.com (hereinafter the “Website”) belongs to the company under the name Elena Iliopoulou Giama Cancer Research Scholarship & Foundation which is located in London, 253 Gray’s Inn Road, WC1X 8QT with registered number 1192189 (hereinafter the “COMPANY”).

The use of the web pages and services of the Website by the visitor / user presupposes his unconditional agreement with these terms of use, which apply to all content, to the pages, graphics, images, photos and files included in the Website (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms of Use”). This contract of use is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, or UK law depending on the entity granting the scholarship European Law and relevant International provisions, and is interpreted on the basis of the rules of good faith, commercial customs and the economic and social purpose of the law. If a provision is deemed contrary to law, it automatically ceases to be valid, without in any case affecting the validity of the other terms.

No amendment of the terms of this contract will be considered and will not be part of it, if it has not been in writing and has not been incorporated into it. The competent courts for any disputes arising on the occasion of this contract are the Courts of London.
